Brand Identity

Prior to starting at Smorgasburg, all vendors are expected to develop a unique name and logo for their brand. Please provide us with a copy of your logo as an editable, hi-res version prior to the opening of the market (PDF, .ai, or .psd).

Colors, fonts, food packaging, team gear (down to the gloves you wear!) and style of service are all extensions of your concept and should be carefully developed.



Booth Design

Your booth is the first thing visitors see when they arrive at the market. Vendors should design their booths thoughtfully and use their space within the market to add to the overall experience of Smorgasburg. 

Vendors are required to have a clean, branded tent each week at the market. Tables should have clean tablecloths. Menus should be printed with highly legible fonts and clear pricing. Booths should have a clearly marked area for ordering and a second clearly marked area for pick-up, as needed. Flags or any signage that extends from your booth requires prior approval.

Through the volume of orders we make each year, Smorgasburg has secured a discount with EZ-Up (tents, tablecloths and more.) To utilize our 40% discount, email ElizaBautista@ezup.com and mention Smorgasburg in the subject line.


Marketing

Successful stands at Smorgasburg grow their own following overtime. We require vendors to maintain an active presence on social media. We recommend vendors create a website with location and menu information, build a newsletter list (offered through Square based on the customers who come to your booth) and have business cards available.
